Straightforward pricing, no surprises
Nightly rates change with the season and the day of the week. No GST and no Airbnb- or Stayz-style booking or guest-service fees — book direct and every dollar goes straight to your stay. A couple of automatic discounts are built right in too. Here's exactly how it works.
Nightly rates by tier
Every date on our calendar sits in one of four tiers — Mega Peak, Peak, Off-peak or Winter — and the nightly rate depends on both the tier and the day of the week. Each tier also has its own minimum stay, shown at the bottom of the table. Exact pricing for your dates is always shown on the booking calendar.

Automatic small-group discounts
Travelling solo, as a couple, or as a small group on an Off-peak or Winter date? These are applied automatically at checkout — no code needed. Solo and couple bookings (max 2 guests) get one rate, small group bookings (up to 4 guests) get another, Mega Peak and Peak nights are priced per booking regardless of group size, and groups of 5 or more pay the standard rate.
Children under 2, sleeping in their own travel cot, aren’t counted as a guest for pricing or your guest number. We provide a highchair, but not a cot — please bring your own.
Fees & payments
The cleaning fee and refundable bond are charged on top of your nightly rate. The deposit isn’t an extra cost: it comes off your total, with the balance due before arrival.
Cleaning fee
A flat fee on every direct booking, charged on top of your nightly rate and shown separately. Travelling solo, as a couple or in a small group? A reduced cleaning fee can be agreed — just ask when you enquire.
Refundable bond
Fully refundable, and not due until closer to your stay — 48 hours before check-in by bank transfer so funds clear in time.
Deposit to hold your dates
Part of your total, not an extra. It’s calculated on your nightly rate only (never on the cleaning fee), with the balance due before arrival.
Cancellations & refunds
Your deposit is fully refundable — how much notice we need before check-in depends on the tier your dates fall in.
