Booking direct means no platform fees, lower extra-guest rates, and a reduced cleaning fee — plus room for up to 16 guests, two more than Airbnb or Stayz allow. Pick your nights, pay a fully refundable 25% deposit to hold them, and we’ll confirm within 24 hours. A separate refundable bond also applies before arrival.

Children under 2 (in their own travel cot) aren’t counted as a guest. We provide a highchair, but not a cot — please bring your own.

We book direct via bank transfer — it’s fee-free for you. Reserve below and we’ll hold your dates for 7 days while we email our bank details and you arrange the transfer. If a deposit isn’t received within 7 days, the hold is released automatically. Fully refundable if we can’t confirm your dates; otherwise applied to your balance.
